Extreme progressive the way it should be: diverse, intricate, emotional and heavy. Superalbum by supergroup of virtuosos, their best release up to date, exceeding expectations in every aspect. Prog AOTY Dmitry Nevozhay
An eclectic but incredibly well-integrated blend of traditional death metal, melodeath, black metal, progressive, and even a bit of folk (with the added bonus of audible and tasty bass guitar). The album has a consistent, pulverizing momentum punctuated by the rare acoustic passage or catchy chorus/refrain. Overall an unbelievably mature first offering from an up-and-coming band to watch. There's something charming about bands that don't give a shit what you like and just do their own thing. Is it death metal? Grind? Tech hardcore? Who the fuck knows? It's fun though. Ghuughra
